Curriculum Pillars
The Foundations of Learning
Our curriculum is built on key developmental pillars — emotional, cognitive, physical, and social. Each activity, interaction, and learning moment is rooted in these essential areas to ensure well-rounded growth.
Core Developmental Support
Our early years philosophy is rooted in a child-based approach, where each child’s individuality, pace, and interests guide the learning journey. We focus on the whole child — nurturing emotional resilience, strengthening cognitive skills, and fostering independence through meaningful, age-appropriate activities.
From developmental tracking and early identification of needs to hands-on exploration and school readiness, we ensure every child grows with confidence, curiosity, and joy. Our goal is to create an environment where children feel empowered, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential
Language & Communication
At Fingerprints, we believe in early exposure to language in a natural, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate way.
From day one, children are introduced to five languages through songs, sensory play, daily routines, and rich interactions:
English
French
Arabic
Spanish
Chinese
We have two main class sections: English and French, and each teacher maintains full consistency with the chosen language inside the classroom. Children learn through immersion — hearing the language clearly and correctly throughout the day.
We always communicate with children in a respectful, age-appropriate, and intentional way, not in “baby talk.” Our educators support children to:
Take initiative
Express their needs and emotions
Develop confidence
Build strong communication skills
Engage socially and independently
Our goal is to help every child become a confident communicator while discovering languages in a joyful and natural environment.
Holistic Engagement
At Fingerprints, we believe in nurturing the whole child—emotionally, socially, physically, cognitively, and creatively. Our approach goes beyond traditional learning, focusing on every aspect of a child’s development.
Through carefully designed activities, we help children:
Develop motor skills with movement, balance, and coordination exercises.
Enhance cognitive skills through problem-solving, sensory exploration, and curiosity-driven play.
Grow emotionally and socially by expressing feelings, building empathy, and learning cooperation.
Stimulate creativity through music, art, and imaginative activities.
Our educators observe each child individually, adapting activities to their unique pace and interests. We encourage active participation, curiosity, and independence, allowing children to take initiative, explore, and express themselves fully.
Holistic engagement at Fingerprints ensures that children not only learn but also thrive, developing the confidence and skills they need for lifelong growth.
Age Groups
Tailored for Every Stage
Each age group has its own path. We adapt our approach to match your child’s developmental phase — gently guiding babies, energizing toddlers, and preparing preschoolers and kindergartners for what’s next.
Primary Toddlers (1–2 years)
At this stage, learning happens through the senses. Our approach focuses on sensory experiences, free exploration, and hands-on discovery to nurture curiosity and support early development. Children are encouraged to touch, observe, experiment, and move, helping them build foundational skills in cognition, language, motor coordination, and emotional expression.
Through playful stimulation and guided activities, we create a safe and engaging environment where toddlers explore the world around them and develop confidence in their growing abilities.
Preschool (2–3 years)
During the preschool stage, children begin to show greater independence, social interest, and readiness for structured learning. Our approach focuses on building early preschool foundations through guided play, routine, and meaningful interactions.
We support this age group by strengthening language development, social-emotional skills, early problem-solving, and fine and gross motor abilities. Activities encourage turn-taking, simple cooperative play, early pre-academic concepts, and growing self-help skills.
Through a warm, child-centered environment, children gain confidence, develop friendships, and build the essential skills needed for a smooth transition into the next stage of preschool learning.
KG1 & KG2 (3–4 years)
At this stage, children become more expressive, social, and eager to learn. Our approach supports their growing abilities through structured play, guided learning, and interactive group experiences.
We focus on strengthening language and communication, early reasoning and problem-solving, pre-academic skills, and social-emotional development. Children practice cooperation, empathy, and conflict resolution while gaining better control of their emotions and behaviors.
Through creative activities, imaginative play, and hands-on projects, we encourage independence, curiosity, and confidence preparing children for the next level of preschool learning with joy and enthusiasm.
Additional Programs
Beyond the Classroom
From themed workshops to talent-nurturing clubs, our additional programs offer children enriching experiences that spark new passions and build lifelong skills.
Play, Learn, and Explore Beyond the School Year
Our seasonal holiday camps offer a vibrant mix of themed activities, creative exploration, and fun-filled learning designed to keep children engaged and growing even when school’s out. With new adventures each break, children make memories, build friendships, and discover new interests in a safe, joyful environment.
Play, Learn, and Explore Beyond the Classroom
At Fingerprints, our approach goes far beyond academics. Alongside our rich educational curriculum, we offer a variety of special programs designed to nurture the whole child. All our students, across all age groups, benefit from our yoga classes, music sessions, teatrino (theater) workshops, mindfulness activities, and emotional intelligence lessons. We also introduce five languages from day one, including two additional languages—Spanish and Chinese—offered through age-appropriate, level-based activities.
To enrich our monthly themes and ensure children truly live the experience, we host at least two engaging events every month, giving our little learners the opportunity to explore new concepts and activities in meaningful, immersive ways.
